I had opened a account with Capital One, due to having bad credit. I then went threw some hard times finacially, I paid $50 for the account. Then they gave me a $300 credit limit. I could not pay the minium payment, the fees, and other charges, made it go out of control. I gave up trying to pay it, so they took it to court, and received a judgement of $2,500 for this $250 credit line. Please do not fall into this rip off trap.
