I dont understand where you can visit document a comlaint abouot my desire credit I've been attempting to spend this card for 4 decades plus they set me onb plan and today im down and my rate is as much as 40% so im back again to unique balanbce and delivering min. Does nothing I truly need make it is really stressfull obtaining telephone all day long i declare they contact about 7 times each day i don't understand what to complete may somebody please allow me to understand thanks Diane
