How Can I Get Them To Stop Calling?

Towards the individuals who work with Resource Approval, or anybody who may understand the clear answer to my issue...

What do I've to complete to obtain AACC to prevent calling me and attempting to gather on the debt for somebody who does not stay below, never has, & most definately never can?

I've been getting requires somebody called Scott Roblenski (I actually donot understand the precise spelling of the final title) for that previous 2 yrs. I've no idea who he's, or just how to contact him, however AACC keeps calling my telephone number on the debt he owes. I've had my telephone number for nearly four decades today, and yes, altering my telephone number might resolve the issue, but why must I spend to alter my amount when all of this organization needs to do is eliminate my amount from whichever document they've with this man? Perhaps he'd my quantity before me, or possibly he offered whoever he owes income to some random quantity to prevent being named. Regardless of the cause, the calls I'm getting for him are becoming frustrating, mainly since I perform overnight and that I am often attempting to rest throughout the hours AACC makes their calls. Sadly, due to my on call standing through my work, switching off the ring on my telephone or making my phone-in another space isn't a choice.

I've called pretty much every quantity shown on AACC's site to try and get these calls to prevent, and that I have sent them many times. Every individual I've spoken to to date continues to be truly good, and so I don't have any grievances how I had been handled, and that I often obtain a reaction back on my emails inside a morning or two, however it appears regardless of how many calls I create, e-mails I send, or people I keep in touch with, I simply can't-get to them that calling my amount won't assist them keep in touch with the individual they would like to talk to any quicker.

Any help or guidance could be greatly appreciated.
