Promotions division, Prize and and Award Presentaon signed by Frankie Fernandez saying I have won #120,000

I received a letter today from Fields Trust Corporation, Ottawa Canada and signed By Frankie Fernandez (Claim Agent) saying that I had won the SHOPPERS LOTTERY. It included a check for $4,700 from the Fields Trust Corporation and Harris Bank Roselle. I looked it up online and came with your complaint sight and thought that I should report my ILLINOIS letter as the other reports were from other states about this. I would like to help stop someone from getting ripped off.
