Last Chance Cash Advance
Visited website, started application, canceled application, but got money stolen from bank account.internet

I was in need of some quick cash so I went online and did a search for installment loans. I got a small list and chose a couple to apply for my loan. Most of them then after all your info is entered give you 5 more choices that are actual lenders to submit application to. I chose payment1financial.com they said they have lower rates. I got through the application and it brought up all these adds for USA Benefits, Theft Protection, something Direct Starter Kit, and all of them have a monthly fee attached. Immediately when I saw all this I stopped the application process and closed out. I thought that would be the end of it because I had not signed any agreement or anything. Well, the loan was cancelled, but I called my bank to check on my balance and it was at a minus amount. So I called them and spoke to someone in accounting and asked why it was at a minus amount and she told me that there had been a withdrawal of $49.95 to USA Benefits and when I told her that was not authorized she tried calling the 800# that was listed for them and it was after business hours. So I said I would call them in the morning and try to get this resolved. Then I went on the internet to check out this USA Benefits and the search popped up that they are on a scam list and usacomplaints.com as doing this a lot to people. According to the report the 800# you call during business hours, they keep you on hold all day til you get disconnected or give up and you never receive any help. The bank can put a reject on it for 6 months but they are persistent and after 6 months they resume taking your money. I was advised to come down asap and open a new bank account as probably the only way to stop them. There is a time limit of 60 days in which you have to turn your loss of funds around, luckily I check my account daily and caught this the first 24 hours after funds have been removed because it can be hundreds of $s that they take every month from you.
