Company sold me an interest free credit card for $221.95. Deducted money from my checking account

I have tried to check by calling phone number and get no answer.

I was sold a credit card by Global Financial over the phone. Promised no fees for $221.95 and package... Free gas... Lots of other benefits, etc. Money was taken out of my checking account. I tried to call the phone number given and there is not answer. Tracking phone number 1-800-664-1315 refers me to customer service number 866-411-4466 where there is no answer. I was told this was designed to help people who have bad credit. This is helping to put people who are struggling into further debt and financial trouble. These people should be found and fined to the highest degree and put in jail.
