Fairbanks first started out by taking $301 out of my escrow for my house insurance after i already paid it!
Then reimbursed me for the $301 but never returned the $301 they took out in the first place, so then they claimed my escrow was going to be short so my mortgage payment would have to be increased from $729.65 to 902.09 per month.
I thought i had this straightened out by faxing the information to them at their Florida, Salt Lake City, Pennsylvania and Louisville offices. None of their people fixed this problem instead they sent me a notice that my esrow account was seriously overdrawn because of $2,002.07 they took out to pay taxes i don't have and refuse to prove where the money was sent and say it is my job to prove where it went and that it shouldn't have been paid!
My total taxes amount to $1,038.41 and house is $301 and there was more than enough in my escrow account in december of however here it is april and my escrow is short $3,546.48 and these people are still calling my home every hour from 8am-9pm, thank god for caller id and answering machines or would have been declared insane months ago!
Cindy May (fax#1-801-313-2220) in escrow dept can fix one thing and screw everything else up! Supervisors of collections Mike, Maurice, & Ron deserve to be shot with no last requests better yet hanged to feel the agony they have put us through!
Also, they place payments they receive in our account as they see fit instead of where my letter & payment stub has told them to place the funds. So if i send extra money it gets put anywhere except where i have stated it to be placed!
Another thing that is annoying when you call the customer service phone number we automatically get forwarded to collections and they don't care if there is a problem they just want to harass us about money we don't owe that they insist we do! So what kind of fraud is that when we can't reach customer service by calling the # for customer service! I refinanced my loan to get away from the last bad mortgage company we were sold to now i have been sold to an even worse company!
