I worked with hope now modifications and I found them to be very helpful to me and my family in a time of need. I was 3-months behind on my mortgage, my husband had lost his job do to downsizing. I was wondering what to do next, I searched on line and found many companies doing modifications. I did my home work and called different places, they all wanted a fee -up front to start my modification. I only had a little money saved so I really could not afford to pay for this service. When I called and finally got through, they told me that they would council me on how to modifiy my own mortgage. I went through the process and called my mortgage company, just for them to tell me that someone would get back to me, I waited 2-weeks and no phone call, finally I got through to them again and they said I would be on waiting list, I asked how long of a waiting list, they said approx. 3-months. There was no way I could wait 3-months. I was already 3-months behind. So me and my husband talked it over and we deceided to call back Hope now modifications and use the little money we had saved to get his taken care of. I called back Hope now Modifications and the same women answered the phone and I told her I took her advice and tried Hope now alliance, and told her the outcome of it. She said that she would put me in contact with someone from her company, that they would call me back within 20 minutes. I received a call back from Rich who was very understanding and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I sent him over all my doc's he needed and he assured me that it would take approx. 30 days to get my modifications done. Thanks to him and his company my modifications is complete. The monies I was behind was put on to the back end of my mortage, my interest rate was fixed and lowered (I had an adjustable). Now me and my husband can sleep at night thanks to Hope Now modifications and Rich.
