Past firms he worked for are;Doheny Capital Management Beverly Hills, FGS Accounting & Tax Services Inc (subdivision of Doheny Capital Management), Power Move Enterprises Newport Beach.
Jeff claim to fame is the following-Shelf Corporations with 80 paydex score, with 200K to 2.5 Million in Business Lines of Credit. He accepted payment from his victims via credit card, bank wires, and of course he performed ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THE CONTRACTED SERVICES.instead he & Allena Lewis pocketed the funds! In his Marketing he never said that he was subcontracting the work to be done.in his Marketing he said that he and his firm was doing everything 'In house!' These 2 Liars have burned a lot of people. The Victims don't have any way to get their money back at this time. BTW he had RTG-Shelf Corporations with Business Lines of Credit; ready to go for immediate use for the price of 750K, 300K whereas the other Shelf Corps cost from 10.5K (for 630 K business credit lines) and 25K (for 2.5 Mil): these 2 were developed over a 6 month period of time. And here lies most of the victims.
His Credit Enhancement Services that boosted FICO scores are where other victims came from.
When he answers his cell phone he pretends that he is someone else! Yep! He ripped off many, many people and lived larged with Allena Lewis. Then he began this lie that he got burned by Doheny Capital Management and has NO Money to give out any refunds! Yet he still very loaded with other peoples' cash and still involved with Heavy Load Clothing Company (www.heavyloadclothingcompany.com) however he has had his name removed from the all public information (his involved has gone below the radar!).

Jeffrey Allen Lillie & Allena Lewis worked from their residence and leased the address, phone, & conference room from Beverly Hills Executive, Inc at 9107 Wilshire Bl Suite 450 Beverly Hills 90210. Never believe the lie that he has absolutely no money to repay his victims!
Suggestions-Take your Contract copies to the Cop's Bunko Dept and file a victims report. Let them go pick them up and make them spend some of their ill-gotten gains to post bail. Because Grand Theft is a Felony and Jeff Lillie & Allena Lewis are Felons! The State Attorney General's office moves slowly.
