Idearc never informed me that my advertising was being automatically renewed in the Verizon Yellow Pages. I was never sent a renewal contract/form nor never called to let me know that
My advertising was being renewed against my wishes. When I called, not only could they not tell me who my sales rep was, they informed me that I was now responsible for another year of advertising I did not want. When I complained about this, I was told that my account would be put into collections if I did not pay, and the person on the phone promptly hung up on me. I called back and got a second person on the phone who also could not tell me who was responsible for my account, could not even find any of my company's information, refused to talk to me about the situation. They started yelling at me, telling me once again I would be put into collections. Once again, my call was cut off. I can't believe that Verizon actually employs a company like this to do their yellow pages advertising.
