FDRS is nothing but a scam. Do not do business with this company. They promised to eliminate my credit card debt by contesting the creditors in federal court. I signed up paid them $2,000 out of $8,000 over the coarse of 3 months and they did not even send one letter of dispute to any of the 7 different credit card companies I am in debt to. They told me to fax all statements to them with dispute numbers and addresses, which I did for three months. I even faxed a copy of all my credit cards to them. Veronica Rengal kept telling me she needed specific info on certain cards and I would always fax them to her. On 08/08/08 She told me they did not have info on any of my accounts. The answers she gave me lead my to believe this company is a scam. I told her to cancel my account. She said I had to do it in writing. I accused them of being a scam and Veronica Rengal did not deny it.
If anyone has had any dealing with FDRS please contact me at mick_747@netzero I would like to initiate a class action suit against them and get them shut down so they can not rip any one else off.
