I cancelled before they could deliver and never got anything back ($3000) abused & mistreated

I cancelled their package which was a 8826 Credit under American Disabilities Act. They got $3,000.00 up front for this.

When I cancelled there was no refund although they had done very little work. They were obtaining the expenditure to qualify for the credit thru another company which maintained a website for a mall where people could buy things. I was to sign a contract which required me to advertise on a website they provided which had disability access. The contract was to run until I had provided them with $5,000.00 in sales or 8 years which ever came first.

I could not see becoming their indentured servant for 8 years and also did not want them to do something for me I could not do myself and then have to depend upon them to defend me on this return before the IRS forever so I cancelled and stopped payment on the account they were being paid from and asked for my money back. No luck.
