I bought a two-theater seats from Fandango.com on or around 9 March. The web site has since been utilizing my charge card info to charge my bill $10.00 monthly, without my agreement. No notice of an arrangement was delivered to me. I never heard about 'Reservation Benefits', but this is exactly what they stated I decided to buy. No such contract was created.
