Arrow financial services llc washington mutual issued 3 letters stating i was dead and sent my credit card acct to collections

In 2006 letters from Washington Mutual started to arrive at my home, addressed to my "estate" proclaiming they were informed of my death and to contact their probate dept regarding the balance on my credit card, and continued thru 2007. I called WAMU and they wouldn't tell me who furnished the info on my fabricated death. The letters, 3 in total, were all sent from William Wittwer, Senior Vice President, Washington Mutual. Well, no one at WAMU could help me and they stopped mailing credit card statements. WAMU then sent my account to their collections dept where I again explained the situation, faxed copies of the letters, but of course no one could help me and wouldn't take my account out of collections.

WAMU has since sold my account to Arrow Financial Services and Blatt Hasenmiller Leibsker & Moore, who have filed a civil action and entered a judgement against me, doesn't even have the facts. They continually call my home, even appeared at my residence at 6:45am utilizing abusive behavior to gain contact with myself. This is the negligence of WAMU that has caused this chain of events, and the negligence of Arrow Financial & Blatt Hasemiller to not fully investigate all channels before taking action. WAMU, ARROW FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC, AFS HOLDINGS LLC & Blatt Hasenmiller Leibsker & Moore LLC are all accountable.
