Received Letter from Arrown Financial Letter on April 1 trying to settle my debt with Washington Mutual.
Talked three days later to Mr. David C Jenkins, representing Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore, LLC for Arrow Financial Services and agreed on a settlement and would not need to go to court if I pay $1,000 instead of $2100.00
Nothing was sent to me and Lehigh Valley court in Allentown sent to me a notice of continuance.
Please everybody, if sent to court, and besides this the collection agency wants to settle with you before trial, do not do this, just wait for the hearing day and try to settle in court if account has been validated previously if not demand in front of the judge to have the account validated.
