Roughly Nov. 2008 Bay Area Credit Providers (BACS) approached me by telephone declaring they had bought an outstanding consideration concerning me (for an ambulance trip) from American Medical Reaction (AMR), an ambulance company.
Again on Oct. 6. Yes AMR selected me-up at my house and decreased me down at-one of the neighborhood hospitals, National Valley Hospital, (it was a low-crisis), where I had been accepted for that evening.
In those days I'd complete medical protection with Combined Healthcare (UNC). After being approached by BACS, I obviously approached UNC about that state. The Support Rep. Looked my medical claim documents for 2004 & 2005 and unearthed that AMR DIDN'T RECORD A STATE
I subsequently approached AMR and was informed to get hold of BACS simply because they had bought the consideration. And so I approached BACS plus they established what UHC explained that AMR DIDN'T RECORD A STATE
Today AMR and BACS equally declare that used to do not provide AMR my medical data that evening. THIS CAN BE A REST! A healthcare facility I had been accepted to submitted their state and was COMPENSATED. UHC established this in my experience after I talked for them throughout the week of Nov. 3-7. Additionally, comprehending that I had been likely to be accepted in to the clinic that evening I absolutely had my health care insurance card with me.
Today after 4 decades BACS is challenging (or attempting to extort) cost curiosity ($1,077.49, possibly greater today). Not once within the 4 decades did AMR contact me. BACS claims that AMR didn't understand how to contact me. Really? AMR had my house address; in the end they selected me-up there! Not once did AMR contact me, NOT ONCE
UHC claims that it's today too late for this state to become compensated and also the start of the year my medical state documents have now been cleared from their datastorage. I can't AND CERTAINLY WILL NOT be held accountable for that irresponsible conduct of AMRis workers in those days! I firmly think that BACS and AMR will work together to extort this cost from me by threatening to damage my credit.
I’ve registered grievances using the Better Business Bureau of Los Sides, where American Medical Reaction is located, with the Greater enterprise Agency of Metro Atlanta, wherever Bay Area Credit Providers is located. Exactly what a shock, each company isn't an associate. Because these firms aren't people of BBB, they're unable to do something beyond calling the businesses. Anything is extremely wrong with this particular organization. Exactly what a fraud!
