I got out a title mortgage on my vehicle. I did so get behind about the funds which during this period I remained in touch with the organization. I had been informed that I had a need to have cash into them by March 10th to prevent any repo and legalities. On March 6th I paid $260.00 ($20.00 lacking the things they questioned me to pay for,) On March 10th I named and talked to Victor to ensure what I settled was good. He explained that I had been expanded to March 30th and might owe the $20.00 on that cost and that I was cought on my mortgage. On Saturday March 14th my vehicle was repod from before my house. I named the organization plus they did make sure they got my vehicle, but couldn't do something till Friday once the selection division is available. On Monday MArch 16.2006 I had been informed that my vehicle shouldn't have now been repod, but won't return my vehicle till I spend $1408.00. I just owe $940.00. They're also stating that I had been attempting to conceal my vehicle because it wasn't before my house. Our vehicle was at my house when obtained. I reside in a RV park in a fifth wheel. I've many neighbors that'll state towards the proven fact that my vehicle was at my house. I want my car. I also provide a lawyer focusing on this for me personally, however they won't return his calls.
