In December I approached IC Methods to setup cost times for a superb debt. I had put up 3 times with IC Methods, all centered on my paydates, to make sure that the resources could be readily available for the funds.
December and Jan went without incindent. Funds were removed from my bank account about the organized times. (Each transaction day was established by IC Methods having a notice declaring the day the cost could be drawn from my bill.) Feb's cost, that was put up and established by IC Methods, was to become tqken on February 19th. IC Methods required the cash on February 18th. Consequently, my consideration was overdrawn, and that I was billed $105 in facility charges.
I approached IC Methods, and was informed when I really could provide all of the paperwork that demonstrated the cost was removed each day early, they might pay me the $105 in facility charges.
I approached my lender, and taken care of the documention that mentioned that IC Methods required the arranged cost sum on 2/18. I delivered this plus a backup of the IC Methods notice that states the organized fee day was 2/19, the notice from my lender that exhibits the amounts, the dealings, and also the cost for that overdrafts to IC Methods.
After many telephone calls, they nevertheless WOn't spend me my cash for that overdrafts which were obviously due to them. I've requested to talk to a boss on MANY events and also have been sent in to the voice-mail of the Mr Tanner. He's yet to come back some of my telephone calls. Today, I had been informed the consideration issue was shut, and they unearthed that I really couldnot SHOW they were the reason for the overdrafts. I again left a note for that boss. (none of my calls have now been delivered to-date, and so I maintain small expect that one to be delivered both.)
Throughout this whole issue, I've handled many customer support people, who've all been excessively rude and unhelpful. Melissa was the worst - after I had requested to talk to her boss concerning the problem, she rattled off an inaudible title. When requested to mean it, she rattled off the spelling so rapidly, I still did not realize. (as it happens that Melissa was the reason for the entire issue, and evidently created a data-entry error and joined the incorrect fee day!)
I have no idea what otherwise I will do to obtain my money-back out of this organization. I had been merely attempting to do the best point and pay-off a debt, and am today out $105 of my difficult to come by cash
The corporation must be researched. If this occurred once in my experience, I will just imagine just how many others have now been cheated!
