I started working for rip off k&b transportation back in july.
Because i thought i was bettering my self with what they had to offer. I must it didnt take me long to figure out that they were for there selfs. Wich was ok for me until they have done to me what i have read they have done to others and that is to steal from ya. Thats right steal. It took them two and half weeks to get me home to get the rest of my gear to run with. I had run out of medication that i take every day and needed to get home to get more medication but since there policy is to stay out for fourteen days i wasnt sceduled to any time off until recently. This month. When i got home i started to get sick so i went to my local clinic to be checked out and the dr excused me from work for one day. My regular dr would not release me until i got checked by her wich i had to wait until the first of the week.in the mean time relying om my pay check to pay for all this i never got it. So i called dispatch and he said that will mail my last check to me. And i replyed that it wouldnt be my last check so they need to put it on com card as that was the way it was set yo be. They rite of way they froze my card. I figured then they werent going to pay. He said that they had to recover the truck&trailer before they could pay me. So on sat. They recovered there equipment.in good standing. Ok now there shouldnt be no reason not paying me so on monday 8/21/06 i called dispatch and asked for my pay and he turned my call over to safety. Safety who runs the show told me that there were only paying mimimum wage for the hours that i worked and i charged for them to pick up there equipment. Well thats fine be it only they havent heard the last. They dont know that i am studing law at this present time of this writing and they dont know that they actions against drivers also is against goverment officals. Lie steal and cheat results to big losses. We need to stick together an put these culperts out of business. I will continual to investagate them and stay on top 0f everything. Eventualy justice will pervail only in a matter of time. So now safety tell me i am full of bull *. Larry
