Ripoff, 30 day money back guarantee for membership fee NOT!

I received a notice of a $15,000 pre-approved gold card.

In the notice, they state they provide a 30 day money back guarantee for membership fee.

I mailed $43.00 membership fee on April 23, and received the gold card shortly after.

I returned the gold card within 30 days and have not received my refund to date.

I mailed another request for my refund on March 13, and received my letter stamped "Moved, Left No Address".
