I received a congratualtions in the mail stating I was approved for a Gold Card $15,000 limit. I needed to sign and mail a $37 membership fee. There is a 30-day money back guarantee.

A catalog of items was sent from which I could order and use my "Gold Card." This is a merchandise specific credit line that I did not want. I sent the catalog back and expected my refund check for membership, but have not received it. That was 4 weeks ago.

What a rip-off.
