Michael Davis an unlicensed, fake "Sr. Loan Consultant" and others worked for Tom Spaniel and Signature Lending. They pulled unauthorized credit reports and performed numerous unlicensed activities while employed at SIGNATURE LENDING. Michael Davis and Tom Spaniel were responsible for several homes going to foreclosure based upon promises that they "could finance anyone".
Please contact THE TEXAS SAVINGS AND LOAN COMMISSION AND REQUEST ALL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO TOM SPANIEL AND SIGNATURE LENDING BEFORE YOU ALLOW THEM TO HAVE YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION. They will allow your credit report to be circulated amongst other people who will then assume your identity and cause you years of grief.
