Over draft fees for something thats pending? Give me a f'ing break

I had a charge that was pending on 3/5/09, Friday my direct deposit paycheck was deposited and I was immediately charge $35 for an overdraft fee because I had insufficient funds for something that was pending. What bull ishh. Nothing showed up in red and it was pending so it shouldn't have made a difference. I should have opened my account with like my friends said.
