Con Edision is back-getting me from more than 2 decades on heat gasoline costs the did discover until 2/26/09.

Scenario: In 7/06, Our Lanlord transformed the bond for my warmth to ensure that she'd not get the gasoline cost. Since that time my gasoline charg increasd from $15 to $50. On 2/28, i obtained a notice from Fraud Ed declaring that after thorough overview of my acct, my stability continues to be modified. After I went online to check on the standing of my acct, It read that I owe $918. While Icalled Con Edison to Go Over the problem, the Boss, Mr. Soto, mentioned that I ought to have realized that they [ Con Ed] was getting me for cooking gas in the place of heat fuel.
