I have filed a complaint to the BBB on this company as they took my money for negotiating down my taxes but actually only offered to make payment arraignments with the IRS for an amount that I can not make. When I questioned them on this they stopped all communications with me. I have called and left messages, emailed and nothing. They stole my money plain and simple
