Non Endorsment of check

On August 25th of 2008 I sent an Affidavit of Low-Recommendation of the check released in my experience by CitiMortgage. The check granted in my experience by them was never recommended by me but was recommended with a Contracter who transferred it in his consideration at Bank of America. I'm out this cash and certainly will not appear to get any derive from anybody at CitiMortgage

Or even the Lender of America since that time.
