Obtained a late-payment charge from Chase Charge Card despite the fact that the digital bank cost suggested that I settled 2 nights before the deadline. This is not the very first time that I Have settled 2 days preceding. Talked with 1 representative & spread to boss & he could not care less and so I shut my bill. Was shocked at how horrible their client maintenance procedure is permanently paying clients. I've been a person since 2003 & haven't been overdue in spending. Therefore because of their own mistake for not running the cost faster, they choose to shed a person. Won't actually permit a-one moment forgiveness time. Their damage. Do not subscribe to Pursuit cards.
