I simply talked leading "customer support" on GE money-bank since m July cost of 3times the necessary quantity didn't publish on my payment record plus they charged me a $25 charge for not producing an July cost – the total amount due was $43, I paid $150. The very first person I talked to stated it had been since my September cost was overdue – they obtained it and published it 4 nights later; after my deadline. That is obviously my problem. She moved me to s boss – all her very own concept – who will be the snottiest, rudest, many obstructive lady I've ACTUALLY talked to – and that I I did so telemarketing. The fist point she stated – I'm not joking – was “Why precisely did you believe you required a? ” It got worse from there. The jist of it – easily understand this right – is I had been billed a late charge for spending early; they'll NOT credit overages as cost before end-of the payment period therefore it oes not seem on my declaration; you CAn't have an updated statement (the automatic telephone concept claims you are able to); and that I can't change deadline and so I can really spend the bill in a regular method for me in the place of needing to artificially wait my cost until their deadline to prevent a late charge (???) I've to get the bill - contain the expenses for atleast per week - then spend it or it'll credit towards the prior payment period and that I can get another late charge. Despite the fact that I'm spending two and 3 times the total amount due, the compnay may cost me a late-payment charge each month my cost isn't published - on the finish - about the 7th or 8th.
