We purchased a car and got financing through arcadia. I fell and broke my hip and was off for 3 1/2 months. We fell behinf in payments i wrote letters and mailed them with partial payments. Low and behold a tow truck shoed up to repo the car no paper work gave me 15 minutes to clean it out. They resold it said they only got 3000. Out of a 2001. We are making payments to them through a debt relief company. Jeff calls me at home at work and mails letters telling me they are not getting payments. We have the proof that they are.
