Their charge card customer support is just a laugh. I'd to cope with fraud problems and was handed the run-around. They contract-out their charge card which in turn deals out their customer support.
Everytime I call, no real matter what period, I get, "We're experienceing large call volume." Well, if they're experiencing that large phone volume all of the freaking period, why-don't they employ more providers to work with you?
