Right Place Properties/Red Door Group
Sold condos with the promise of fixing them up to rent, then sell. Terminated contracts mid term with no renters and no sales of properties

I purchased 3 condos from red door group and signed a 2 yr. Lease and property management contract with their affiliate, right place properties. After 10 months rpp terminated the lease, stopped sending payments, and walked away from all of their investors, leaving them, in some cases, with dilapidated units and in most cases, unrented units.

It has been brought to our attention that the owner/manager of red door, drew grunwald and the director of sales, darya lopatenko have strated a new business, with the same mo, called wpo management. Where did they get the money to start this new business???
