Ripoff deceptive company from hell, tricked and lied to us, and made false promises

I was solicited by this company only for them to charge late fee, that were their fault.

I moved, changed my address online and notified them on the phone.

They didn't send the bill to my new address. They continue to send it to the previous address, and charged me late fees.

I am a person that have always paid more than the minimal fees, yet this is not taken into consideration.

I continue to pay the amounts, but the debt never seems to get lower.

I have requested copies of my statement for the last six months, but have still not gotten them.

I did not use my card for three of these six months, so i am wondering how i continue to owe?

I believe that with so much that honest people are going through that they just don't have time to really check things over when it comes to bills.

I think that this company is taking advantage of people, and the law.

They should not be allowed to solicit people with one offer and then give you something different.

I was one of those people offered the $1000 credit approval, and received $350.

I have had the card two years and have decided to just pay it in full, and deal with cash.

Companies like this give americans a lack of trust when trust is something that is required!
