I just want to add my 2 cents about this scam that has been delievered to my mailbox. UBI is nothing but a fraud & would like to see Complaints Board file charges against them for mail fraud, ect. Some one who is in dire need of help in these times may fall victim to rhis scam.

Beware all: ubi is a scam/fraud!!!
