Litton Loan Service Lp
Say i am in default of late payments of different years after comming out of bankrupcy

Litton claims i still owe them 5 payments
and late charges and are taking them
from my recent payments i have made
and are trying to foreclose on me and
also say that my escrow fees and
other etc. Fees are due and will
foreclose last day febuary 2009
they never told my bankrupcy about
this situation or these payments and
now threaten to foreclose
