Falsely presented themselves as settling a debt that Washington Mutual had already written off!

Lindsay of LHR approached me to provide funds to get a debt, that we settled ($1731.80) by wire-transfer on Dec. 31.

because it works out, it had been a Washington Mutual charge-off - written-off many months preceding.

I'll even be getting this up with Washington Mutual.
