3 Angels Community Network what a joke! Dale Todd (GM) and Sherrard Haugabrooks (Director of Loss Mittigation) shame on you! They make you pay up front (illegal in Fl since Oct. 2008) and then never call or return your calls! You never receive the service they promissed to give! They are opperating under the state license belonging to a company named Technology Appraissal that is just a front because when you call it, it's the "loss mitigation department".
Do not do business with this people, they are shamefully taking advantage of homeowners like us, that are going thru hard times and are just trying to keep our homes from foreclosure!
