This company is a complete scam, they pose as a company called US Loss Mitigation Services, i have spoken with this company and the real US Loss Mitigation Services located out of VA (check the BBB) is working with a local news station in FL who has received according to them over 12 different complaints against this company for fraud in the past two weeks.
They also stated they are now working with the State attorney generals office of FL and VA due to the company not agreeing to stop using their name. This company contacted me awhile ago and i contacted the real USLM to make sure they were apart of them which i found out they were not. This company also according to the news is violating the Laws in FL by collecting up front fees from clients which is illegal in the state of FL.
I warn anyone who has been contacted by this company to not work with them, i was informed by the news reporter that 4 of the clients who made complaints were charged over $5000 and never had anything done on their cases with the lender.
