Like many others I have 3 Chase credit cards and have never defaulted our agreement in any way. They are changing the rules of our deal and charging me a $10 transaction fee (even though there have been no transactions) and making me pay 5% of the total amount do. I am writing just to join the many that are being ripped off and I'm pissed off.
