On Dec. 14th 2002 I receved a call about a carded card that we needed so bably at the time. It sounded so good (I should have know them) I gave them my acct# and $221.95-
It was so close to christmas and on top of that we were adopting a baby and had no money for gifts this year, this was going to be our way out, I thought. HAHAHA.
I called on feb. 3 all I got was the runaround about the holidays and it would be in the mail soon.
I called feb. 20th I told them I just wanted my money back. (I still have not seen the credit card) Well you have to fill out some paper work for tha to happen. I ask for them to send me that. I don't know what I was thinking if I had not got the credit card what made me think I would get the refound paper work and No I still have not gotten it.
I called back on March 12. I was on hold so long it final hungup on me.
I called back today March 24th and all I got was (we will be with you shortly please hold the line. 1hr. 15 min. Late no one.
Please help.
