Filed a gap claim Jan 15 but wasn't assigned a claim number until February 4. As of February 18, still stalling by finding any excuse not to process the claim, meanwhile I'm without a vehicle and cannot obtain financing because I still have an outstanding balance that Stonebridge is stalling to pay. Customer Service are unknowledgable, and will not transfer me to the claims adjuster; WILL NOT PUT IN WRITING THAT I HAVE A PENDING CLAIM WITH THEM! Will not give out claims adjuster's extention number! Stonebridge has a A - rating but right now they deserve an FFF
