I stopped payment of the 99.00 and they still took it from my account

I had been looking at credit card programs online I ran across the following century credit card software i began processing it out then it found me givin them the 99.00 to get a charge... I did so an end cost plus they nevertheless subtracted the 99.00 bucks from my bank account... Have to know ways to get touching them by telephone and so I may get my money-back... They're conning hard-working people and individuals simply attempting to develop some credit... I'm extremely upset they nevertheless had the nerve to consider the cash from my account after I quit the cost...
