These ARE either Cunning business people, or the stupidest people Iv'e ever talked to! This was my letter to them They declined to help me!

To Whom it may concern: I (James @#$%^&) contacted your Company regarding what I consider to be a high rate on my business, Debit/credit card! I called your offices and asked to speak to someone about this subject, and was informed that I would have to submit, in writing, a request for a rate reduction! After being faxed a, " request form " I filled out the form, as requested an sent it in, again as requested!

I received a reply on about the 6th of January! I called in, annoyed, because the document I received, clearly stated that I had been turned down by your bank for a, "BUSINESS PLATINUM CARD ACCOUNT!" I tried to explain to the first Woman that I talked to, that I didn't want, and didn't apply for a credit card. But over and over I kept being told that I didn't qualify for a new Platinum card.

I finally asked to be transferred to someone whom I could yet again explain that I was NOT calling about a new account, but in fact was STILL trying to get an explanation as to how this got SO mixed up! The man came on the phone, and in a monotone voice asked what I didn't understand about the letter that I was sent? I explained that I do NOT want my credit to reflect being turned down for a credit card, to which he said it was OK!

I reiterated that it is certainly NOT ok! I told him again that I did NOT apply for a credit card! He then said that the letter was wrong, It should have told me that I did not have, "Good enough credit!" And also he said that I hadn't been In good standing for quite some time! He said I had been late constantly, had a BAD revolving account, and hadn't even been a customer that long! I was told that my deposits were NOT up to par, and that Our business relationship was bad!

I don't know what Your records show, but I have had this account with you longer than my oldest grand daughter has been on this planet... And he is 14! I felt like I was treated badly, and told that my account wasn't big enough to bother with, I was asked repeatedly why I didn't understand a letter that clearly states that I was being turned down for credit card! I was also told that if I would like, they could cancel my account!

I said that I would consider this, I light of what I am guessing you think of me and my apparently shoddy account! My wife is employed at a bank, maybe I will see I THEY might EXCEPT me and my, "Insufficient Wells Fargo Business account relationship"! I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears, so Ill forward this to other agencies if no response is forthcoming!
