Surepoint lending... They sound great, concerned, compassionate. NOT! Be sure you triple check all figures and numbers. They will tell you one thing and make the numbers work to their advantage. You will get the loan, it just may not be as they have told you it would be. If you trust them to tell you everything and to do what is right, you may be mislead when the ink drys. And... They will be "so so sorry, oh i didn't realize thats what you wanted, i am just so sorry". These people are pros at misleading and down right lying to you. If you call them on it, they aren't nice anymore, matter of fact, they won't even call you back. Rest assured surepoint covers their butt. They depend on sounding so sweet and trusting and may even quote bible verses for you. Don't you let your guard down.
