Aurora Loan Services is the biggest rip off in the loan industry! They are unwilling to help me save my home. I contacted them March advising them that me and my dad are having a hard time keeping up with the payments. We fell behind and we tried to have them do a modification on our loan. Two months passed and we have did not receive any calls, letters, in regards to the modifications.
A foreclosure was filed with the courts on 8/4. I again called them fuming advising that i submitted all the documents to have the modification go through. The rep advised me that no one worked on the modification and the time was expired and i need to resend the information. Pissed off I resent the information to them for the second time. Again time went by and no response from aurora.
November came around and got a call from the attorney representing aurora. I advised them that i have been trying to let them modify my loan and I am not getting any response. I finally called in to Aurora and spoke to another rep. This time I got her email address and direct phone number. She advised again no one worked on the modification and the time elapsed.
This time HIGHLY frustrated, I told her this is the last time that I am going to send this information. I have sent it TWICE and there was nothing done and the days are flying by. Again i sent in all the paperwork again for them to help me modify the loan. December passed, New year 09 rang in and again for the third time no response. I have sent them over 7 emails also regarding this with no response. I came home yesterday to a big orange note taped to my door advising that Foreclosure proceedings had went through.
I immediately called Aurora and this time in no time to talk friendly stating that I have done this to much times in the past and now my home is being foreclosed on??? I did everything that you guys asked me THREE times, and I am still not getting any help from you. I said you guys rather foreclose on my home instead of helping me. As i am sitting here typing this, there is a knock on my door and there is the process server serving me the documents.
This has cost me so much aggravation in the past year. To see a company rather foreclose on millions of homes instead of helping them. I was sooo suprised to see that there are many here on this website and probaly so much more that are going through this same situation. At this point I have no clue what I am going to do. I am a sinlge mom and this is just really made me so upset to the point they can have the house. They are not willing to work with me or anyone here who is making the complaints.
If there is ever a civil lawsuit filed against them please please please let me know. I have all the documents, name of reps, and the time I called. This needs to stop NOW!!! We do not need companies to work like this with the consumers in this day of age. It needs to stop NOW!!!
