(NextCard) consumer rip-off fraud

I have experienced all of the past problems posted here. The following are just a few of my own issues:

Interest went from 9.9% to 35%. (I have good credit)

Would not send statements

Late charges when I paid on time.

Never received new card (I reported them as stolen because I was told they were sent)

Refusal to cancel my account and investigate fraud

Hung up on me when I called and rude

Never replied to my written requests

Reported me to the Credit Reporting Agency for being late (when I was not late)

Much, much more

I really do not know what to do. I am about to have a breakdown. Can anyone post what the right thing to do is?

I am going to refuse to pay them until all these issues are corrected. Is this the correct action?
