Attorney? Really? DOCUMENT IT. Pennsylvania Bar doesn't show this attorney, perhaps it's a PA BEER BAR! Get real don't fall for it! If they call get their Attorney Bar number and CHECK! ATTORNEY'S know Debt Collection Laws!

1) Check statue of limitations for your State.

2) Attorney's will file in the state of the debt, and intended action to take

Place (if such action will take place).
3) Go to the Bar Assoc. Of the "Cited" attorney garbage letters sent and VERIFY!

4) If all avenues point to GARBAGE... Report them to Rip-Off, FTC (Federal Trade Commission), and don't take the harassing calls, you have Rights, tell them not to call PERIOD!

Look up your rights at the FTC Web-site AND STAND UP FOR YOURSELF!
