Snap-on has harrased me ever since they took over my toolbox, I purchased the tool box off the truck, then about 4 months go by and he quit coming around, then
I found out that he filed bankruptcy and I assume the toolbox was in the bankruptcy, because then snap on credit started harrasing me at and home many times a week claiming I was late when I wasnt,
So I said I need some kind contract or something here, never to this day about 4 years later now! I started to notice my balance start to go up as i was paying and when they would harrass me, I would ask them how much interest I Was paying and they wouldnt tell me, I know thats its the law they have to now but, anyway so then I started paying 150.00 dollars a month to try and get it paid off faster. But it still went up
They started taking the money out at different times of the month usaully when there wasnt enough, somtimes it would be just 5 dollars difference but they would still take out the 150.00 dollars my payment was around 120 then. The loan amount was for 3100.00 add up 4 years worth of bank statments 6480.00 not conting all there fees, at this time i still owe acording to them, 1800.00 dollars, she said if i paid 1800.00 dollars to get my tools back! Keep in mind here they say i owed for some other time thats there reason for repoing it,
I was locked out of my buisiness the, a* I was renting from decided to take over my buisiness then he says gets with snap on they get a paper that makes no one responsible and its a free for all to steal my tools, cops were called but they were there to protect the thieves, told me to sue and i told them about dave cozad taking money from my customers while he had me locked out, and they said dave cozad said i worked for him? What the hell?
So i showed proof of ownership and they didnt care. Then dave cozad comes over and says you need to take you sign youre customers have been looking for you? And officer said inthoght you said he worked for you silence. But im still screwd dave cozad should be in jail in my oppion but profiling and discrimnation runs ramped there in davenport iowa, so i got what was left and pulled out! Oh i left out the part i went to the city counsel meeting pleading for due proccess and they cut me off took me outside and kept telling i would get sued if i said anything bad,
The police chief said i couldnt go down there but they couldnt help they he saidvhe could do me a favor and send an officer with me to get my stuff! You now dont call us well call you i never got the call so i called lawyers 2500.00 to get in didnt have dave cozad did, so now its going to be a big, civil circle jerk. Im sueing everybody snap on credit has violated many laws im told here is part of the Federal Trade Comission Report Federal Trade Commmission Report Filed 02.02.09 Against Snap-on Credit LLC.
Its over a tool box they have tried to repo it 6 times when the bill was not due, they call at all hours of the night, lance nelson was his name he would come to my house late at night to repo when payment not due, auto matic bill pay payments were conviently charged atthe wrong agreed time almost like they would check to see when the money wasnt in there to cover the charge, then charge astronomical fees and intrest, took 3 years to get them to tell me what intrest I was being charged, she said 29.7 percent dailiy and its only 29 percent.
When I called! Other times it was more, harrasment severe calls ten times a day until I had to turn off phone, threaten to take all my tools because they said snap on on them literally they said I dont own anything ive paid for from them! Constant fees and interest higher than payment, min payment 120.00 was paying 150 a month to get payed off faster It didnt work! Then they decided to hold me to the 150 dollar payment, Then charge fees when I only paid 120.00, min payment.

He made a deal with snap on I have a signed document from them saying they were going to take something doesnt say what on paper no account number or item list matt liske at snap on tools, was allowed on property to take my tools noone notified me payment was 2 weeks past due snap on credit says ive been behind the hole time for there bullshit fees. Matt lisk gave dave cozad, the theiving landlord, a paper saying qoute, this agreement of indemnity made this 22nd day of january by and between snap on credit llc and dave cozad/d r auto sales
Witnesseth wereas, dave cozad-shop owner has in its custody certain merchandise sold by snap on credit llc to johnny heath and whereas, snap on credit llc has retained tittle to such merchandise and wishes to take possesion therof, now
Therefore snap on credit llc willat all times hereafter indemnify and hold harmless dave cozad, d r auto sales against any and all liabilities, loss, damage, costs or expenses of whatever kind or nature which it may sustain because it has given possesion of any one or all of th attached listing of items has matt liske and dave cozad signitures and is missing one j almanzo accont manager
no list of items they took tool box that should have been paid for a year ago
I still owe 4000 dollars more than the original loan amount I dont remeber signing any contract with snp on credit my agreement was with craig atzen, and one of the two or both took about 35,000 dollars in tools police cant do anything because of the worthless paper snap on says I still owe them after the shut down my buisiness and robbed me! Cops said I can sue them I have no money for this, also let it be known dave cozad does not pay taxes, just bought a new motor home and is probly paying for it with my tools,
Please help me johnny * owner of affordable auto repair, they stole my money my livly hood and ruined a god buisiness also the police were called 2 weeks before and I was on tv pleading for help to get my hijacked buisiness back, lawyer wanted 2500 dollars to get back at my buisiness, dave cozad stole thousands when he collected money from my customers! I have to pay for the parts and parts I did and pay the tax on it! Please help me johnny * thank you!
Snap on laughed when i told them i turned them into the federal trade commission there not going to be laughing after we are done with them, im tired of writing will post more later
