I applied for a payday loan for $200.00 on 3/6/03, faxed all their required information, inclding my monthly earnings, my s.S. Number, my drivers licence, my most recent bank statement, the entire application, my address, and a copy of the payback check, so they have my bank information.
I did not receive the loan as promised, so i put a stop payment on the payback check, and in the process of closing this checking account and opening a new account. This has cost me $16.00 for the faxing, and $29.00 for the stop payment, a total refund i am demanding is $45.00 to satisfy this complaint. Tey have been reached by phone, where the woman was very nasty. I have filed a previous report, and want to thank the people who helped me track down the location of this company.
