Applied for a payday loan for $200.00 on 3/6/03. They never gave me the loan I applied for, but I faxed all the information they required... A payback check for $250.00, my monthly earnings, my drivers license, my SS number, my bank account information, and my most recent bank statement.
I put a stop-payment on that check, and in the process of closing my checking account and opening a new one. The costs of all this are $16.00 for faxing the documents, and $29.00 for the stop-payment fee of $29.00. I want these fees to be refunded, and all my faxed documents mailed back to me. And, in conclusion, I want to thank the people who sent rebutals, as they have helped me locate this company, and report them to the BBB, and an additional complaint to usacomplaints.com site. I found them to be located in both Nevada and Utah.
