Back in Septembr i call in to Feldman Law Center and talk to them and they tell me that they can help me save my home. They promise i wont loose my home, and tell me if i pay them $3500 i will get loan modification on my morgage with payments under $2700.
I send to Feldman all of my morgage papers and bank statements, and they say that they are working with Countrywide. I was getting many many phone calls from countrywide and then i got a forclosure notice. I call Feldman and they dont return my calls.
This went on for a month, and they were not doing anyhting for me. My home was sold on january 7th and now my family has no place to go. I didnt think i should pay 3500 because they did NOTHING for me so i try to get my money back. They never call me back, so i went to there office in Mission Viejo.
When i got there, they made me wait for long time and when Greg Feldman come and talk to me, he said they did everything they could and he was sorry i lost my home. I ask for my money back over and over agin and then feldman get mad at me and say "If you want your money, ill see you in court." So i go outside and call my wife to tell her when i see Feldman walking outside and going to his car. It was a big Hummer truck, and the plates say 800REFI. I was going to go talk to him agin but when i get close to the car, i smell marajuana and see smoke coming out of windows. I didnt know what to do or think, so i left.
I tell this now because when i hire Feldman things were OK and now i loose everything. My family has no place to go and we have no money left because Feldman took it. I go online and find out he is not even lawyer. He owns 800Refi a morgage company. His cousin is Steven Feldman who has law licence but i research him and he is sports agent. Do not trust feldman law center. The company is FRAUD and owner does DRUGS.
